The Jubilee Art Center is one of my favorite places to visit in Baltimore. It’s fun for the entire family! Every day of the week they have classes that engage and intrigue the youth and adults to learn and communicate with one another. The staff is always friendly and excited to see new and familiar faces. And no matter what day of the week you stop by, our always in for a treat!
